My First Experience With Trying Kefir Milk – Good or Bad Idea?

I will be honest here. Since travelling from Spain over to Germany, my diet has been less than perfect. Pros and Cons

On a couple of cons, I did have an occasion where I made a fool of myself. I mixed my orange juice with cranberry to make a receipt sized bit of happiness. I thoroughly enjoyed my yellow cakes though. I made the whole batch and took pictures, and magically, the money didn’t feel so much as twig from my palm.
